![]() ![]() So at level 50 for instance, the player should be able to store up to 50,000 each of fish, iron, etc. Then, losing the resources isn't as big of a deal because the player has the OPPORTUNITY to safeguard some of their assets, whereas right now they have none.įor resources, players should be able to store a minimum of 1,000 of each resource per player level. Anything else that you have on you when you die would still be subject to loss. I still think that storing gold should be limited to the amount of gold it takes the player to level up to their next level, so if you need 24,000 gold for instance, you can only safely store up to 24,000 gold. My first thought is still to have a bank or a vault system of some sort. Playing for 30 minutes or so gets all of them back up decent enough for me in my 30's. This could change if there are more people on each server grabbing resources from buildings. Ultimately I'm not as concerned with that anymore because with more gameplay I realized that most if not all of the resources are pretty easy to come by right now. I have a post from a couple of days ago (after 3 hours of gameplay) where I was pretty upset about resource loss after logging out and not knowing that I would lose the entire TOP ROW of resources. Gold and Resource Loss can be solved by the developer in a few different ways. Was pretty upset, but the game was ultimately enjoyable enough for me to come back, at least for a while. I had no idea or warning that I would lose resources when I logged out the first time after almost three hours of playing. ![]()
